I offer my services at a rate of $35 CAD/hour (with a one hour minimum) and charge in 15 minute increments after the first hour. Please feel free to contact me if you would like an estimate prior to going ahead with any services.
No. I am a tech editor, but I will not be able to provide both pattern transcription AND tech editing services. Because I will become so familiar with your pattern during the transcription process, it is best to have a fresh set of eyes look at your pattern to catch any errors. I will simply be typing up the pattern to the best of my ability with the information I am given but a tech editor will be needed to check over such things as the stitch counts, measurements and charting. However, I will do my very best to format it and catch any glaring errors in order to keep the tech editing expenses to a minimum.

I will contact you via email within 24 hours to let you know if I am able to assist you with your request. We can discuss your needs further and I can provide you with an estimate as to time and cost.
If you would like to chat about your pattern in more detail, let me know and we can chat on Zoom! This would be a casual call, with no strings attached. Sometimes it is just easier to have a quick call then typing back and forth through email!

STEP THREE
Let's get started.
If everything is agreeable and you would like to go ahead with having me type up your pattern, please have a peek at my calendar and schedule a day for your pattern transcription to begin.
By booking a day in the calendar, you will be able to gauge the timeline of when your pattern will be worked on and plan accordingly for the next steps (such as tech editing and testing). I will aim to have the first draft back to you for review within 1 week from the time/date chosen in the calendar.
